Basel III has become the benchmark for the arbitration system, and it is becoming the standard for the international arbitration system.
But it is not the only arbitrage system.
If you look at the world, there are many other systems.
The European system is very similar to the American system.
The arbitrage is the problem, not the solution.
The problem is that the arbitrage can be costly and the arbitral service can be unreliable.
The arbitration system has not been able to solve the real problem.
I would argue that it is more important to solve problems that are more fundamental.
